EULS
What Is EULS?
EULS or Elite Unified Logging System is a web-enable voice recording platform used to record and monitor VoIP, digital and analog telephone calls and 2-way radio in single or multi site environments. It consists of two fully compatible models of call recorder (EULS-3000 and EULS-3000S) for scalability reason. Every of the call recorder has a EULS Web Access built-in allowing users to monitor calls real-time on-line, replay recorded conversations, run system configurations and more through a web browser when needed.
EULS Prominent Features
EULS call recorder stores calls as sound files in the local hard disk and the calls-related information such as date and time, duration, Caller ID, number dialed, station number, and agent name as database data in the local hard disk too.
If required, an optional BestLink server can be added in the enterprise's headquarter or IT department office to centralize the call-related information of two or more EULS call recorders for quick retrieval and easy voice reproduction of archived calls. If required further, an otional CA Server can be added in headquarter or a remote office to centralize the call-related information of many EULS call recorders to a mater storage device for double safety, rapid data retrieval and instant voice reproduction. The EULS Web Access that is built inside the EULS recorder enables the company's nationwide administrators to use their broswer to replay company-wide recorded conversations at anytime anywhere.
